At LoopNLock, every strap is crafted with care, and we want you to love what you receive.
Shipping Policy
We process all orders within 5–7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is confirmed. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or message with your tracking details.
Domestic Shipping (India)
We offer free shipping across India on all orders. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. If you need express shipping, feel free to email or DM us and we’ll assist you.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll share a tracking link with you. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking details to reflect.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of dispatch, reach out to us at saifi@loopnlock.in with your order number, and we’ll take care of it.
Exchanges
We offer a 7-day exchange window, which means you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- With original packaging and tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, simply reach out to us at saifi@loopnlock.in with your order details.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps, including where to send the product.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
